Vial Crimping and Decapping Heads

The pneumatic Power Crimper offers quick, precise vial crimping and decapping of caps, seals to vials and bottles. It can be used in the stand with the foot-pedal, leaving both hands free, or removed from the stand in a matter of seconds for use around the lab as a hand tool. It is compatible with over 100 different sizes and types of interchangeable heads for crimping or decapping. Available sizes range from 7.5mm to 43mm. Average crimp takes less than two seconds. Heads are changed simply by unscrewing one and screwing in another.

The Power Crimper is available with a number of accessories which can be added to further increase the unit's applications. All of the accessories are manufactured with quick disconnect fittings and are designed to be removed or replaced in a matter of seconds with minimal effort, adding to the overall versatility of the unit to meet the operator's specific needs.

Power Crimper Stand (P/N - A10010)
The stand has a sturdy granite base and the
post and block are electro less nickel plated.

Foot Pedal (P/N - A10011)
The foot pedal is supplied with a foot guard and hose.

Stainless Steel Regulator (P/N - A10003) for use with the pneumatic vial crimper

Air Pressure Regulator (P/N - A10002)
The Regulator is used to adjust the air pressure going to the air crimper. It is supplied with a gauge and safety relief valve as well as quick disconnect fittings to allow the unit to be quickly and easily converted when using the Power Crimper both in and out of the stand.

Air Pressure Verification Gauge (P/N-A10013)
This gauge easily mounts to the Power Crimper with a swivel fitting while the Power Crimper is used in the stand. It allows the operator to monitor the air pressure being used while operating the unit.
